A friendly, competitive league club based on the outskirts of Worcester
Founded in 1979, we've been based at West Mercia Police Headquarters since 1992. We have seven teams competing in the Worcestershire League, and we meet every Wednesday and Friday between 7:30pm and 10:30pm.

"I have been a member of West Mercia badminton club for over 15 years. I think the main thing I like about the club is the people and I guess that’s the main reason I have stayed here for so long.
"Everyone is friendly and welcoming and it is a club which caters for both county level / experienced players as well as more social players as there are several different teams entered into the Worcester and Evesham leagues.
"The facilities at West Mercia are also excellent and I feel the club is good value for money as members have the opportunity to play twice a week should they wish.
"We are also fortunate to have a very proactive and enthusiastic committee who effectively organise the day to day running of the club as well as social events such as club tournaments, curry nights, quiz evenings and walks for charity. These are important in giving members another opportunity to get to know each other off court. "
